Hi, I am Frank and thank you for visiting my site. I will have to say that my passion for baking is somewhat of a family genetic trait, as my dad was the cook of the home. He was revered so much that a caricature drawing of him was created with the caption “What, no Onion Salt”. It started with a loaf of Craisin Bread, and then my next was a Humming Bird Cake recipe I had found…
Cupcakes
Cupcakes are turning out to be another one of my specialties. Can be used for baby showers, Bon voyages, and the themes are endless
Cookies
Cookies are great with Milk, Ice Cream, and are just a perfect sweet treat. I have a dark chocolate cookie that if you put a scoop of vanilla ice cream between the two, what a dessert of an ice cream sandwich.
Cakes
This area is where my baking passion started with my first Hummingbird Cake then led to one of the most moist yellow cakes, and now offer a decadent Dark Chocolate Cake that is great with a glass of milk.
Pies and More!
I do pies too! By customer request, I made a Blueberry pie, and it was awesome according to the client. I also made the same pie but sugar free. Select your fruit and let me back it for you for whatever occassion.
